Summer Weekend Acting Workshops with John B. Lowe

I’m offering NEW Summer Weekend Acting Workshops for ACTORS, DIRECTORS & WRITERS. Each workshop runs for two days. Groups are small (8 max) so you’ll get plenty of attention and personal coaching. I’m an experienced actor, director & teacher and I’ll be instructing the workshops in my air conditioned home-studio in Winnipeg.I’m looking forward to working with you. John B.

FILM ACTING FUNDAMENTALS 

This workshop combines classes, exercises and scenework to enhance your understanding of the film & TV actor’s process. We’ll explore technical and creative aspects of acting on camera including; filmmaking, preparation, performance, auditions, set etiquette, continuity & more.

This workshop is for experienced film & TV actors. You will exercise & enhance your personal acting process and develop your skills through scenework & individual coaching. Each participant will learn and shoot a new scene each day, while exploring various on camera scenework and acting techniques.
